GATHERING OF SERBIAN SAINTS - CELEBRATION DAY OF PALILULA MUNICIPALITY Palilula Municipality from Nis, in which territory is one of the oldest parts of the city, that mostly kept the old city spirit, celebrated its Saints Day - "Gathering of Serbian Saints" on Sunday, 13 September, at the premises of NKC. After the traditional ceremony of "cutting the Slava -Saints Day cake", all present honorable citizens and guest were addressed by the Mayor of Boban Džunić. This yeas host of Saints Day was Milos Stojiljkovic, member of the Municipal Council. This is an important day for the Municipality of Palilula has been celebrated since 2005, with an icon of Serbian Saints by the artist Ana Borovec painter-iconographer.
